There is no climbing Mount Kailash.
You circumambulate the "Kailash Kora", a pilgrim's path.
It takes three days to achieve this walk with the pass at a mighty 5700m .
The prayer that we hold in our hearts as we walk is a prayer to relieve the suffering of humanity.
It is life changing to experience the grandiosity and the luminosity of this experience.
THE MONASTERIES
From Potala Palace to Swayambhunath, we will visit many monasteries and stupas. The prayers and chanting that has anchored the buddhist teachings into these monasteries is felt and can be absorbed thru the universal law of light, sound & vibration. We will do this to the best of our ability while honoring & respecting the protocols of monks that are active in the temples.
