THE JOURNEY

 Dragons are here to teach us about self-mastery, free will, and personal power. This retreat focuses on the Dragons of water, earth, fire and air and how we connect to these elements on a soul level.

This is a week-long shamanic journey where spirits, ancestors, animals and fey folk will accompany and guide our work.

We will learn to see into our own darkness, our personal mystery, while exploring the energies of Mt. Shasta.

SACRED SITES

We will listen and be guided by the spirits of the land at three sacred sites - Pluto’s Cave, Panther Meadows, and Castle Lake. Guided meditations will be balanced with free time to explore our own experiences.

ATLANTIS SPEAKS ON  SHAMANISM...

Shamanism is the oldest spiritual practice on Earth. It's not a faith-based religion, it's the path of direct experience and personal revelation. I believe connecting to nature is the easiest way to heal. Shamanism is about connecting to our innate intuition, our natural state. I see the connection between all living and spiritual beings. It helps me move through my own pain and life challenges. It's just who I am, every part of me. And I'm happy to have long conversations about it.

ABOUT YOUR GUIDE

Atlantis Wolf is a professional shamanic healer and teacher. She is a certified Master Breathwork Facilitator, and Licensed Medical Massage Therapist. 
During a career in civil engineering and financial services, her mom died. So she pivoted her career to healing arts. She has been in private practice for 13 years and helped over 3,000 clients manage or dissolve their physical and metaphysical pain. Part of her secret is connecting people to spiritual realms using breathwork, drumming & fire ceremonies. She is guided by galactic dragons and Mother Mary.
